Follow these quick steps to set up your Big Heads & Beats Hybrid Booth(s). Watch the videos below for easy instructions on connecting your headphones to your laptop and getting your booth event ready! Our team is always on hand via text or call (615) 682-3094.

AV Requirements (per booth)
Each booth requires:
(1) Laptop with camera, Zoom installed connected to Internet
(1) Large Monitor or TV screen (connected via HDMI cable)
(1) Small Table to place laptop eye level to chairs
(2) Chairs placed eye level to laptop camera
*be sure your laptop is plugged into a power supply
