HOW MANY GUESTS CAN ATTEND?
With multiple artists on staff we can service small or larger groups. However, we do recommend a max of 50 guests per hour for production value. (ie. 150 guests would require a 3hr experience with 50 guests per hour attending). We do ask for a guest list to be provided in advance so that we can designate guests for our artists to draw to ensure a smooth experience! Or, we simply ask those who'd like to be drawn to type their name in the chat (at an additional administrative charge).
WHAT DO YOU GUESTS DO WHEN THEY ARE BEING DRAWN?
Just keep your camera on! Our artists are all equip with a custom software which turns their active camera (zoom window) into the show! You can see the Caricature coming to life, the artist drawing live and who is being drawn by that artist! We spotlight all of our entertainers so that guests can sit back, relax and enjoy the show- all in one virtual space! No breakout rooms or screen share needed!
HOW LONG DOES THE DRAWING TAKE?
Each Artist takes approximately 4-5minutes per head! We staff according to guest count. (ie. 42 guests= 5 Artists)
DO WE HAVE TO TALK?
NO! We ask they you remain muted throughout the experience and use the chat to communicate! Our Live Drumming DJ will be playing all the hits and our Emcee will keep guests engaged in the chat! In order for us all to enjoy the best audio experience we do ask that you remain MUTED! If you're hosting a meeting or have another activity happening, our artists can join YOUR meeting too!
HOW DO I GET MY FINAL BIG HEAD CARTOON CARICATURE?
We provide a custom QR code during the event which leads guests to a branded landed page where their final Caricatures will be available for download within 48hrs!
